This app is designed to help users automatically capture great tennis moments using pose detection, while fully respecting your privacy. We believe your memories and data belong to you. Everything in this app runs locally on your device, and no photos, videos, or personal data leave your phone unless you explicitly choose to export them.

2. How the App Works

On-device processing explained
  • All image analysis and pose detection are processed directly on your device using local frameworks (e.g., ARKit, Vision).
  • The app does not send camera input, face data, or pose information to external servers as part of normal operation.
  • Internet access is not required for core functionality.
  • If enabled, location data is collected only with your explicit permission and used solely to tag photos or display where they were captured.

3. Photo, Video, and Location Storage

Where your files and tags live

All photos taken by the app are saved locally within your device’s storage. Photos and optional location tags are stored either in the app’s private directory or in your Photos app only if you choose to export them. You have full control over your content. You can delete, share, or manage photos and location data at any time. The app does not automatically upload or share any files to cloud or third-party services.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

What we intentionally avoid

We do not collect, transmit, or store the following data as part of normal app operation:

  • Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
  • Facial recognition or biometric data
  • Pose or skeletal tracking data (not persisted)
  • Device usage analytics
  • Any data without your explicit consent

5. Children and Families

Guidance for parents & guardians

While this app is primarily designed for adult sports players, it can be used by younger users under adult supervision. We encourage parents, coaches, or guardians to supervise use, review and manage captured photos regularly, and avoid sharing identifiable images of minors publicly without consent. The app does not collect, transmit, or profile any data from minors; all data, including photos and optional location tags, remains fully local and private on the user’s device.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

No selling or sharing

We do not share, sell, or exchange any user data with third parties. The app includes no advertising SDKs or external analytics libraries. Any optional sharing features (e.g., exporting to Photos app or social media) are fully manual and initiated only by the user.

7. Security & Device Storage

Protecting your files on-device

Photos, settings, and optional location tags are secured using the device’s protection mechanisms. The app follows iOS data protection guidelines (e.g., File Protection options) to help prevent unauthorized access. No cloud synchronization or remote backup is performed by default.

8. Your Control

How to manage your data
  • Delete photos and location tags anytime in the app or Photos app.
  • Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data.
  • Enable or disable location tagging at any time in app settings or iOS Settings.
  • Disable camera or photo permissions in iOS Settings if you no longer wish to allow capture or export.
